Refund policy
ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please ensure you check your junk mail, spam and social folders in case your email gets trapped.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
SHIPMENT OF ORDER
All orders will be shipped to the delivery address specified at the time of purchase. Shipment is the responsibility of shipping carrier once it has left EvEr DeSh Candle Co.. For any lost shipments or damaged shipments you will need to file a claim with shipping carrier directly.
REFUSED DELIVERIES
Refunds for the cost of your order and shipping cost are non-refundable for undelivered packages or refused deliveries that are returned to us.
REFUND/EXCHANGES
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept refund or exchanges due to the pandemic.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
At this time there are no exception to non-returnable items. Reference the "REFUND/EXCHANGES" section above. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
